In the Zampanio fandom, "Zampanic" is a term used to describe things which feel like Zampanio. Things which have a similar nature, which evoke similar feelings that Zampanio does. Obviously, this is a very subjective thing, given both the non-quantitative nature of feelings, and the conflicting accounts of Zampanio itself. But here is a list of games that I, personally, consider Zampanic.

First Land: A fascinating little game which I still haven't managed to find most of the endings in (I refuse to use a walkthrough, and I'd recommend doing the same, at least for your first playthrough). Highly recommened to read the manual and have paper and a pencil ready. Explore a strange world, learn its rules and how to communicate with its residents.
